Trudy Neal is a Senior Commercial Loan Officer with O’Connor Mortgage Investments, Inc. Trudy has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance and consulting and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining O’Connor Mortgage Investments, Trudy established the Sacramento California builder finance office for RBC Bank. Trudy was with RBC from 1999 to 2013. Previous to RBC, she worked in the commercial real estate finance divisions of Security Pacific Bank, First Interstate Bank, Bank of the West and Bank One. She has been directly responsible for generating over $1 billion of real estate loans in the Western United States. Loan transactions included land acquisition, subdivision development, single family home construction, apartment and condominium financing. Trudy has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from National University in Sacramento.
